Shield says; NIS is running (local Node not booted), NCC is running.
Client says; NIS is not available
When creating a new wallet it says;
ERROR 500
An error occurred that the development team did not have foreseen. Apologies for this, maybe a retry might help. Otherwise, please open up an issue within the NEM NIS/NCC community.

Tried to uninstalll and download the latest version from nem.io as well. Same problem.
First please try upgrading to the latest version.

I uninstalled everything and downloaded the latest version.
Still the same errors. After I uninstalled I can still see my created Wallets when the client launches though.

Did you just unintsall or did you also delete the db ? If not please try that and resync.

I want to start clean, but when I install a clean Wallet it finds the excisting blocks somewhere [font=Verdana]everytime[/font]. And also my created wallets.

You should find it under C:\Users\%yourusername%\nem. That's where db and also wallet and address book are stored. Make sure to make a backup of your wallet and addressbook (or just your priv-key) before deleting everything.
