NIS is synchronized means your chain is up to date, so syncing is done.
ok if its done, why i dont see 40 XEM from oficial faucet? i type refresh several times but nothing.
i dont have any transactions even in “unconfirmed”. Nothing at all.

i just interestet how it may work, but with this issue i begin think where problem in wallet (settings) or in faucet. I’m more inclined to believe that I have something wrong with my wallet or settings.
no, i checked the account with a public node and it is empty, so it has nothing to do with your wallet. The faucet didn’t send out the xem i guess. There was no error message when using the faucet?

Hi, someone used a remote account to claim and it let every other claims pending (txes to remote accounts are not allowed). You should receive your XEM soon

Second question about harvesting. I try local harvesting, and it show me
ERROR 401
NIS: remote NIS cannot service /ncc/api/wallet/account/unlock
Do you only have those 40 xem on the account? You need at least 10k vested xem to harvest.

you seem to be using a remote nis if you are getting error 401.
remote says:
Error 699: NIS harvesting limit hit
that means the used remote nis is already at the limit with regards to the number od allowed harvesters. Anyway, you need at least vested 10k xem to harvest so 40 won’t be enough.
