I downloaded the freshest DB file i could find, (nis5_mainnet.h2-1323k.db.zip) i got it from bob.nem.ninja , please advice if there is another place i can DL the full BD file from. OR if there are other options available to me. i have tried deleting the db file and restarting the NIS and NCC all to no SUCCESS. Thank you, Dan
The db on Bob might be a bit outdated but it is valid. So if your NIS is not syncing something else is wrong. But without log i cannot investigate that.
