Nis popups?

WIN8.1x64
nem-0.6.26-windows-installer.exe with all default install selections
Port 7890 forwarded
Running 2 wallets in Local Harvesting mode
Everything looks OK and running good

I'm wondering though:
Why do I get these popups at random time intervals but quite frequent, switching forth and back between those two messages?

I have those often too, I only assume it's because NIS gets out of sync quickly, so it says booted, then it catches up and changes the message again. It's a little too frequent, but a minor concern for now.
