Nis showing password in plaintext

I run nis from console and save the output to a logfile,

I noticed something, when I use Ncc and log into my wallet the Nis output shows:
INFO parameter <{"password":"XXX","wallet":"XXX"}> (org.nem.ncc.controller.o ab)
The Nis output shows wallet and password in plaintext  ???

maybe thats a bad idea.
