No Valid Server: Android App [SOLVED]

Please try change node you are using.
Did you try change server?
How to change server:
On main screen click tools icon (left top corner). Next Servers. And next choose another server.

Maybe some forum rules.
What network are you using? Please try which other intenet connection. Maybe you have banned ports 7890 and 7778.

Thank you so much for your reply @CryptoBeliever. I have tried changing the server and even the internet connection, but the issue was still there. Since I had the public key, private key, wallet name, password, and other details, I was able to recover the exact currency denomination.

If anyone encounters the same issue in the future, your best bet would be to have the wallet details handy.

As a workaround you can import your private into desktop nanowallet and use it.

  1. Download nanowallet from nem.io
  2. Sign up -> Private key wallet (third tab)
  3. Paste your private key from mobile app, wallet name, password and hit create
  4. After that login into wallet
