No XYM balance after opt-in

Hi,

I did the opt-it of my NEM account NDKVVX-DNRI2D-TSG3JE-T7DIWB-MWURBU-3W5YGP-R32M before the deadline and saved the new XYM wallet PDF with QR codes and mnemonic, SYM address NAJLCZ-GN27CH-2MJXSG-2NSFA5-4QDCWY-6MKCIP-DCQ

I also noted down a VRF Public Address:
NAZGAQ-MGLZ2P-P6NQOB-PVGUSR-YN3VEO-YENOYG-JOY
no idea what that does.

When I import the mnemonic to the latest XYM wallet v1.0 all balances are 0 and no opt in found.

I also noted down another XYM opt-in wallet, I think I tried twice for some reason. This address is NCG5TJ-CVTD4V-Q5PG7D-4R3NSO-2P5E2K-QJUKHB-T5I but also no XYM balance or opt in visible.

XYM explorer doesn’t recognize any of these addresses either.

I wished I transferred all to Binance before the snapshot :(( So complicated and risky this procedure.
Anyone can help?

I have the same problem! Is there some guide for correct import XYM to Symbol wallet to be able to see my balance?

You failed to optin at all: NEM - BlockChain Explorer

Looks like you not finished (transaction not sent)

In such situation you will be able claim XYM tokens in post launch optin. It will start in a few weeks.

so strange i missed a step. maybe i failed to confirm on the hardware wallet.
but thanks for bringing new hope for a post launch opt it :slight_smile:

@matiyin no date as for yet.
@Rodrigo if you held at Bittrex at snapshot you have wait for Bittrex distribution. WHen it will happen depends on Bittrex.
