Pretty cool.
Don't think it's a death blow to etherum either though. If etherum where to die just because other systems do support or could support their stuff too then it should have been dead long time ago.
Etherum seems to have outstanding marketing. They'd could sell a fridge to an Eskimo.

They'd could sell a fridge to an Eskimo as "Cold 2.0"
It's not that nxt supports what they can do… AT can do what Turing complete/ethereum can't. With ethereum you must learn their new language where as with AT you will be free to use you language of choice. Then there's the fact that all ethereum tx's must be TC tx's even the ones that don't need to be. In nxt, it's only the ones that need to be.
Also there will obviously be security issues wish a fresh language. The end of the day… How many people would want to learn a new language on a new platform when they can use what they no so well already on a better tested platform? It also seems nxt May beet them to the punch and take first mover advantage. Perhaps it won't be one death blow but rather death by 1000 cuts. Will be interesting to see what happens.

Are you sure about the any language thing ?
Got a link or alike ?
They have said it multiple times on the nxt forum. Can't think where and don't have time to look. It's written in binary or something and that's why that's possible. Could be wrong though

NXT to me is the best crypto out there right now tech wise (taking into consideration we haven't been born yet). Those features on it make it way farther ahead of Bitcoin and basically other coin. It's too bad for them that they had such a terrible early distribution. They also didn't plan things out well. They have no real substantial for marketing, plus no real leader that is public that could be the face of marketing even if they did have money. None of the rich stakeholders will come off their piles either so ultimately I guess it can't get that far despite being the best tech. But soon NEM will be born, and people will see that we have very solid tech here, but also money for marketing, also a good plan, and also a good distribution.
