Ok ran into a little trouble on the nano wallet (using windows 7)

So as i am rather new to the whole crypto currency idea, i thought it would be a good idea to invest with NEM.

I created my wallet and bought some NEM (50 dollars) on Changelly. The money was recieved: 09 Jul 2017, 22:23:16
I checked my wallet and ‘Et Voila’ it was there (183 to be exact) a few days pass and i decide to log back onto the wallet and there is no history of this transaction or anything!
I go onto Changelly and they state the transaction has been completed and i double checked the address and all is good?
SO where exactly did my NEM go?
I purged my account and put in my wlt. file and still no funds?

Any help would be great, not too worried as it was 50 dollars but still i would like to know where its gone?

Could you send us your address?
Or you can check it for yourself in: http://nember.ru/#/stats
This tool should show you the correct number of NEM in your account and recent history of transactions.
If you see your funds it’s probably some glitch with wallet, are you using NanoWallet? If yes, check if the circle near the node is green.

Yo Tongo just checked it out and what DO YOU KNOW its there but not on my wallet lol, but it has certainly put my mind at rest many thanks fella, and a great day to you!
Oh and FYI i am using a nano wallet

Did you log on to good wallet? Just check your account number starting from letter “N” - you can do that by clicking “Account” tab in the top of the NanoWallet (near Node). It should be the number you are looked for in this explorer.
You can check my tutorial on purging/restoring, maybe you made something wrong in the process :slight_smile:
