On mistake of remittance address of nano wallet

The other day, I downloaded nano wallet and remitted from zaif, the balance remained 0 and it was not reflected.
If you check carefully well, it is because I pasted the address stated on the namespace and subdomain field → address (receiver).
(A situation not reflected in the balance because it did not remit to the address of the account)
In this case, how should we deal with it? Since it was understanding if examining a little, I reflect on it.
I can not think of a solution. Thank you for your instruction.

Have you checked with zaif whether the XEM is still stuck in their wallet? Do you have a transaction ID that I can check?

the transaction id is “5d872f457592a1662c8713e2d97ccb733236763d9f56ade1bc 69f5d318dddd3d”.

what address are you expecting to receive your XEM at. Is that your transaction hash? Why does it have a space?

following this hash without space, you sent money to a namespace sink address?

The transaction hash you just pasted is an INNER TRANSACTION hash. This is a transaction that is wrapped in a multisig transaction. The transaction given is a Transfer Transaction to a namespace sink address from what i can see:

so, from this i can see, you initiated a 13k XEM transaction to a namespace sink address:
