Hi Congratulations on a successful Nem launch!
I followed the directions for Delegated Harvesting, but after the 6 hours, I now have 'start delegated harvesting' though when I select that (and enter my password), I get - 'Oops! Error 699 Maximum number of harvesters allowed on server has been reached.
Is this to be expected? Or am I doing something wrong?

Don't worry. I rebooted Nem, and it seems to be working now

Because of bug, you should stop local harvesting before activating delegated harvesting.

i changed config, disabled auto start harvesting. works now
