I tried nem pro, shelterDao, Dimwallet all crushing since
NEMPLUS (smart wallet) and Raccoon Wallet are showing real problem of the nem blockchain not connecting. Official mobile app is working but no one is updating the official app for mosiacs and live price I was forced to use these alternative apps working perfect then October 1st The whole problem started. Was not able to send xem or mosiacs “time stamp too far” even I uninstalled then installed no luck. Maybe nem blockchain cannot handle the volume
First of all please tell with which app you have problem because your post is confusing. With official wallet, raccoon wallet, shelterdao, dimwalet? When app is crashing or error is presented?
The timestamp error can be solved by setting the correct time on your computer (sync with internet time) as far as i know.
It is not the time and it is not only me my freind has sam problem too. I is not connecting to the blockchain. Try NEMPlus smart wallet app you will see is not connecting.i tried 4 more apps same problem
Timestamp too far in the future is when dev wrong implement transaction sending and take time from local device. It should be taken from node.
- sometimes helps changing node
- sometimes as a workaround is needed to set correct time on device
Not sure what wallet you have in mind by NEMPlus smart wallet. It’s official wallet or other? There is no problem with official desktop wallet and also I don’t have problem with Android official wallet. So NEM blockchain is ok 
probably problem in wallets.
Maybe provide screen with error it will be easier identify wallet you have installed.
Yes I chaged the time of my phone to automatica and now ot is ok you were correct the problem was the time on my phone was not automatic
