The plan is to do one translation now (or in the near future) and one translation later when the site is ready. I Will be checking with utopianfuture that he is prepared to add the translations to the site if we get the volunteers.

it looks like there are a few translations still needed…I'm more than happy to help where I can. I'll have a Spanish translation of the first page done for the weekend (not bad considering I don't speak a word of it and am not using google translate eh? 
…and can do Swedish and possibly a couple of others too.
But I'm not 100% on exactly what's needed…just the front page, or the very technical 'first development plan'?

For translating NCC you can just copy the file from
https://github.com/NewEconomyMovement/NemCommunityClient/blob/master/nem-client-api/src/main/webapp/scripts/languages/english.js
and translate the content into dutch
and then send the translated file to Rockethead
