some people prefer pass phrases other than keeping track of backing up wallets and memorizing passwords. for those people we could offer a pass phrase solution.
when a person gets to the NEM landing page they could click settings in the upper right hand corner of the page and then click "login in with passphrase" after the page refreshes and that option appears.
When NCC starts up then it will have a deterministic program that creates at least one account in that wallet. (Lots of crypto's use this tech)
When a person sends a transaction on any one of those accounts, they enter their pass phrase again as a password to send. (so basically when the wallet was created it not only used the pass phrase as the deterministic value that created the the wallet, but also assigned that same passphrase to be the password.)
Once inside of NCC, a person could change the settings to have it create as many accounts as they wanted by clicking "create new accounts" -> "how many".
