This is not a thread for handing out free XEM. This thread is for receiving testnet XEM so that you can test features without spending real XEM.

Where can I get testnet Nem? I went to this page but it says error on NIS http://namuyan.dip.jp/nem/testnet/index.php
The site there is an error, so it seems that it is not currently available.
Paste the address of testnet in the following article, please apply.
