Japanese people love mosaics, so many people have published them.
Faucet was originally a site for Japanese people, so it will be a remnant of that.
It is a mosaic with almost no value because it is only mosaic which was issued with self-satisfaction and test meaning.

もしかすると、2inノートPCな為かもしれません。外でも使用してます。
ただ、回線は原則として、自分のを使っているので、大丈夫だと思ってましたが、
所詮モバイルSIMということかどうか。そんな感じです。
追記：
175.100.223.* 、調べたところ、SIMの電波切れてwifi拾ってしまった時っぽいです。
これは、確認ミスですね、すみません。
追記2 - 2017/08/04：
一応なんとなく分かったので。プライババシーの問題で名称などは伏せますが、
住んでいる小さいマンションみたいな寮のようなところ複数の戸が、同じIPアドレスのようです。
階層か何か？でも4Fと5Fが同じ？範囲はわかりませんが、単なる屋内VLANの共用の素IPのようで。
それで最初の時に、自分も同寮の人に教えてもらったので、それで同じIPアドレスで複数アカウントの
判定になったのかと。こりゃ駄目ですね。でも、謎が解けて良かった。

When trying foucet, no message is output and a condition that neither XEM nor MOSAIC can be obtained has occurred several days ago.
以前、it Works Yay! からNEM Mainnet Faucetを別タブで開いた時にcookieが複数あるとのエラーが発生したため、cookieを削除して再登録したのですが、
登録済みのアドレスと別のアドレスを登録してしまった可能性があります。
再登録後しばらくは普通に使えていたのですが、数日前より添付画像の状態になりました。
再度cookieを削除し、再登録時に使用したアドレスで再再登録しましたが、変わりません。
元が私のミスと思われるため、大変申し訳ありませんが、リセットしていただくことは可能でしょうか？
