Daha ön satış bitmeden ben de o zaman ücreti 1 PTR’ye yetecek şekilde transfer yapmıştım. Tabi bundan önce cüzdanı tanımlamıştım. Baktığımda transfer ulaşmamış gibi görünüyor ilk anda ama ekranı yenileyince yeşile dönüyor. Ancak cüzdanda PTR bakiyesi yok. Nasıl bir yol izlemek gerekiyor?
Etherscan üzerinden baktığımda da transferin söylenen cüzdana yapıldığı görülüyor.
PTR NEM belirteci olduğundan işlem NEM ağında yapılmalıdır. Bulmak için işlem kimliğine ihtiyacınız var.
ETH için PTR satın aldıysanız, NEM işlem karması için ICO çalıştıran birisine danışmalısınız.
PTR is NEM token so transaction must be done in NEM network. To find it you need transaction id.
If you’ve bought PTR for ETH you must ask someone running ICO for NEM transaction hash.

I had created my wallet by following the instructions on the Petro Guide. I verified the wallet in Petro Personal Area. Afterwards I logged in the site and sent 0.17 ETH to the wallet that I should send. This was the relevant transaction: https://etherscan.io/address/0x567863e019eae3947aa9a1fdca9f92b6bfff849d
I see that it has already been transferred to another ETH wallet but there is no PTR in my Petro Wallet.
In this situation, I do not know who to contact.
You should contact with Petro and ask for NEM transaction hash/id. It will be proof that NEM mosaic Petro was sent.
Nice idea but who I should contact with? Any idea? I couldn’t find any contacts.

Don’t know who is responsible for this ICO. If there is no contact or support it don’t look good for me.
Could you please elaborate on what you have done to have them on your wallet? I have the same problem and couldn’t receive mine.

It is Venezuela’s official crypto-asset. Not an ordinary ico. However there are a few controversies about it.

Önce normal, sayfayı yenileyince yeşil renkli görünüyor transfer ve 5e-9 şeklinde bir notasyon görünüyor. 0.17 ETH gönderim tarihinde 1 PTR için belirlenen tutardan yüksekti. 6 Mayıs tarihinde gönderdiğim ETH adresinden çekim yapılmış. İşlem 6 Mayısta yapılmış gibi mi düşünmek lazım? Bu hâlde hâlâ bekleyenlerden mi oluyorum ki acaba?

You should contact with Petro. As far as I know they moved to Dash.
