I don't know if I posted my topic in the right category, yesterday… So I'll try here again.
Please would someone read it and give me an answer:
I had big problems with my nxt-wallet - really don't know why. I honestly can't use the wallet for the last four weeks. I tried to get online but everytime it doesn't work. Yesterday (27/02) it worked, at last. I know, one day too late 
I sent the stake for redemption, nevertheless.
Are my coins really lost know? Or is there still a little chance to get them.
I only had 0.5 nemstakes… But for me it is a lot of money. I'm an educator and it was really hard for me to save the money for the coins. Even harder it would be now, to lose them all…
Does anybody know who I can contact about it… I could really scream and cry and… I'm desperate…
