Please, tell me when that constant on my screenshort was changed in the Technical Reference. It seems like January 7, 2018, but no any news about that.
Min transferred amount is still 1000 XEM
So i think it is just a typo in the document.

I have version downloaded from 16.12.2017 at it tells about 1000 XEM :
If we talking about typos there is typo (NEM instead of XEM) in multisig section:
