Poloniex has not replied my ticket 38 days ago

Hi Team,
I want to tell you my experience with this exchange ,i opened a ticket 39 days ago,i sent 585 xem to poloniex i made a mistake to encrypt the message,There is something wrong with this exchange,i have seen a lots of bad feedback,and they are not responding ticket a long time ago,i gave up hope.

what Can you suggest me ?

Send them a nice email saying you have waited 39 days for a response & threaten to sue them if you do not hear back from them within a week.

  • a youtuber claimed to have done this & it worked for him. Best of luck.

The response seems to be getting better than before.
However, as there is a high possibility that you are not looking at old ones anymore, we recommend you to contact support again.
