Poloniex transfer to wallet [SOLVED]

Hi ,

I have made a transfer from poloniex to my wallet 15.20 XEM.
In my wallet shows only 0.20 XEM from this transfer.
Have you got any idea what is going on ?

Poloniex has 15xem withdrawal fee.
It is writen in their withdrawal form.
