I appreciate your help. I have now made a transaction from my NEM iOS Wallet to my Poloniex NEM Wallet. It was for 34.938475 NEM and the deposit address and message is 100% accurate.
Please let me know once you receive it and confirm that the verification process to get my NEM back was a success.
