Poloniex verification - how do I send NEM from iOS NEM Wallet in 'unencrypted format'?

Unfortunately that is the only valid proof of ownership that we can run, you can deposit less than the required amount as long as you honor the decimals and it comes from the very same origin as the missing transaction, please send exactly 34.938475 from the same origin but this time please use the unique Message, in an unencrypted format, from your balances page:

When you enter a message, you have an option to send the message encrypted or unencrypted. Make sure you choose the unencrypted option. It should default to unencrypted.

Thanks Saul,

The ENC I see currently greyed out - does this mean it is unencrypted?

When I click the ENC it turns a blue/green colour - does this then mean it is encrypted?

I’m not sure what browser you use or what OS but checkbox should be not selected and it it’s default position.

I can confirm your custom deposit and it is reflected under your Poloniex balance now however I get no valid output from the missing transaction ids provided in earlier replies, kindly check and let me know any amendments with a reply to this ticket, sometimes the block explorer is just undergoing maintenance mode too (it happens)
