Problem in transfer

Few days ago i have transferred some NEM to my Doughy wallet via Changelly but It never received on the other end. It is showing in NEM wallet that its been sent but at changelly it shows pending.

Kindly advise me how to contact the NEM support team

Did you include the needed id in the transaction message?

Yes the addresses was correct but i did one thing i sent via encrypted message that might be causing problem in transection

@BloodyRookie normally how long it takes to solve this issue, i did a mistake under MESSAGE. NEM apps need to add more alert word under the MESSAGE column.
