Problem send xem from my nanowallet to my new nanowallet on TREZOR [SOLVED]

Hi Nem support !
I send 10 xem to my new TREZOR nanoW from the one i use to, to test before sending all my xem but i did not receive anything …
What could have happened ?

  2. Is node green in your trezor nanowallet? If it’s green maybe it’s not up-to-date. Try change node by clicking circle in top right corner.
