Problem with my NanoWallet 1.3.4

Hi,

I had set up my NanoWallet 1.3.4 some time ago. Not having logged in for long time, now I cannot login to the wallet. I opened up the wallet 1.3.4 page using Firefox browser, imported the wallet from JSON file and pop up says “Wallet successfully loaded!”, Select Wallet = NanoWallet, and keyed in my password.

But nothing happens when I strike Login blue button on the page.
Please advise what I should do to access to my NanoWallet.

Hello,
Have you only JSON file or also .wlt file from nanowallet? I don’t have experience with json file format. Standard wallet file for nanowallet is .wlt.
Are you sure password is correct?

Please check if same problem exists in nano wallet 1.4.13 https://github.com/NemProject/NanoWallet/releases/download/1.4.13/NanoWallet-1.4.13.zip. Of course keep your backup of json file safe.

Hi pawelm,

Thanks very much for saving me. Yes you are right that I have to use .wlt.
The thing is I kept .wlt file separately for safety.
Being so long, I could not remember it :blush:
