Problem with obtan my xym rewards

hello i have problem to acces my rewards for xym

during snapshot i was have XEM in my desktop XEM wallet
its my nem address
NB2XOM7UOFVTG2OPMJ27JHKTJ4VFZ24TSMUKW5X2

checked in phone and pc but my xym ballance is 0
what can i do?

I think what you have to do is download the Symbol wallet and import your mnemonics (24 words you had to save when you did the opt in) and you should be able to see your XYM.

hello am waiting to get one binance the airdrop XEM/to XYM few friend get it not me ,how is possible can you help me

Binance already distributed XYM. If you did not receive and you held coins at snapshot block (The snapshot for XYM airdrop had taken place at the XEM Network block height of 3,105,500, which occurred on 2021-03-12 04:26:34 (UTC)) then please contact Binance support.
Please note:

  • XEM balances under 100 XEM (including those in trade orders) will not be eligible for the airdrop.
  • Please ensure that you have not selected “Hide Small Balances’’ to view your XYM token in your Funds page.
