Process opt-in is pending for a two days already

Using the updated wallet, I used the process opt-in.
I used public key of my new Symbol accaunt with zero outgoing transactions. So when i created my opt-in request my Symbol public key was not published. I noticed this later and fixed it by an outgoing transaction. But the process opt-in is pending for a three days already, all fields in the application are filled in correctly, no funds have been received for the wallet indicated there.

Opt-in status: Simple opt-in pending
Opt-in details: Your opt-in request has been successfully created.

Optin is paid on wednesday.
If your Symbol address in NEM wallet is same as your Symbol address in Symbol wallet then all is fine.
