EDIT: I'm running torrent side by side and it's taking almost all the bandwidth. Can this affect my harvesting?
now the spammers on the network posted high fees, you'll get many nems put the spoon account with at least 0.05 poi

The bandwidth does not affect the NEM after sync, unless you are downloading the blockchain when.
I distributes NEM for several addresses in a wallet and all acquired a small amount of poi, has some connection between addresses in the same wallet?
The fee also affects the importance?

you have 0.1% of all importance, but not all importance in the network is harvesting so perhaps you might have 1% of the importance thats actually being put to use harvsting..

il announce a deadline once we get a deadline for redemption or launch.. theres no reason to cut it short..

1) stake
2) net outflow of NEM
3) function of who sends you NEM

will post a more detailed update later that will include the amount of nem in each account, their poi score, and their over all score that will be used to judge - this way people can look at the stats and know where they stand. dont have time right now.
no deadline has been set yet but atleast 1-2 weeks notice will be given prior to the deadline.
how many digits after the point is POI supporting? 0.14 looks like that a maximum of 10000 nodes are supported (in the unrealistic optimum case).

Proof of Importance competition will be come to an end on the 31st of December.
Anyone who makes a transaction after 9pm GMT on the 31st of December will be disqualified.
All participants will be notified via a message to their competition account so theres no excuse for making transactions after the deadline.
