Purchasing XEM from Changelly.com exchange

Hi,

I am new in dealing with cryptocurrencies. I chose XEM after doing my research. So now I want to purchase XEM from the changelly.com exchange to my Nano Wallet. So when I am about to make the purchase from changelly, the page asks me to add a message. I read on changelly’s guide that if I don’t add a message, the transaction might not go through. I am not able to make the purchase directly from the Nano wallet, the process just does not go forward when I click on the Pay button, so I am purchasing it directly from changelly site.

So what I want to know is:

1. Is adding a message mandatory? What kind of message do I need to add?

2. Do I have to follow any other step to ensure that XEM is transferred to my nano wallet smoothly?

This will be my first transaction of XEM using my nano wallet.

If you are purchasing XEM from an exchange, you do not need to include a message.

If you are sending XEM to an exchange, then you need to include the message that THEY PROVIDE to you when they give you the deposit address.
