I lost my old laptop, I only have back up of a zip file with xxx.adb and xxx.wlt
I wonder if theses two files can help me find my wallet?

Yes. This files are what you need but you also need password. Did you remember password?
If itās a password I set up my self I will be able to find out. I do not remember the private keys tho.
Private keys are encrypted in your wlt file.
You should be able to import wallet into old NCC and next convert to nano wallet. NCC is no longer maintained.

You can connect NCC to remote node. You should in this case change properties file.

When using a local NIS server, I think that it is better to update NIS only to 0.6.93.
Since chain synchronization may fail, there is a possibility of making something bad for NCC.
Try to the following procedure:
1st download the latest NCC from here https://bob.nem.ninja/last-ncc/nis-ncc-0.6.91.zip
2nd unpack the NCC
3rd open your consle on windows with start -> run -> type ācmdā -> press enter
4th change to the folder of NCC
5th type runNcc.bat press enter
now you shold se some output in console

Iāve lost 16k NEM by using their wallet as itās not fit for purpose. Unfortunately, because itās decentralised and not a real company, unlike a bank if thereās an issue you canāt ring up a help desk. A lot of people donāt understand this, its dangerous using their wallet and you have zero come back. When its gone its gone. Search NEM issues on YouTube for my issue you can clearly see is their fault. Itās a common issue as well, loads of people have lot money this way. Iāve got no where with NEM in 6 months. They donāt care its ādecentralisedā so they cant do anything. I sent Bitcoin from Trezor to a Poloniex Bitcoin Cash address and they could reverse the transaction. This is an exchange helping me. NEM cant do this, even though its their address. Until NEM sort out their issues I cant see it going anywhere. Be careful, you can store other coin more safely. They have also told me to take down the video, seems weird

For me 0.6.91 run without any errors on Windows machine.
Problem you describe is same as here NCC is stopped - localhost refused to connect - please check if this works for you. Before you remove file mentioned please copy it somewhere because Iām not sure if itās contain important data or not. Instruction tells about location in Windows but on Mac should be something similar (nem/ncc)

And did you localized your nem/ncc catalog? I suggest you to try on other computer maybe.
