Hello NEM commnity.
Just like thousands of other users, I had a terrible experience with Shapeshift. They did not process my NEM transaction, meanwhile they are unresponsive (it takes more than a month to get ANY feedback from their support). In crypto-currency world where every minute counts, people are let down by Shapeshift. Personally me had to deal with Shapeshift because it was one of the options given by my NanoWallet account. It is because NanoWallet gave me an option to buy NEM from ShapeShift that I trusted that website. Boy, I was misled big time.
My question is - why NEM platform lets such unprofessional companies like Shapeshift to be part of NanoWallet? Please consider removing the option of buying cryptio from Shapeshift in NanoWallet.
