Receiving XEM in Nano Wallet [SOLVED]

HI there,

I’ve transferred some XEM to my nano wallet yesterday where I used coinspot, the transaction has been completed but i haven’t receive the fund in my nano wallet.

Do i need to activate the node in order for the app works properly? If yes, is there a guideline somewhere i can read?

What is your NEM address?
Did you get the transaction ID?

Can you find your transaction here:

http://chain.nem.ninja

If the answer is yes then after you log in in your nano wallet
check in the right top corner if you see a red or a green circle (dot)
if is red that mean your client is not connected to any node.
You should select one node from the list then it should show your balance once is connected.
When is connected there should be a green circle.

Custom node is a option to enter domain name or IP address of
one node of your choice that is not on that list of the nodes.

Regarding your addres that you have given here it
seems that this address has no any public key so in not visible on the network

there is no mention of the address that you have given above.

Could you check in your coinspot account
the transaction history and find the transaction hash of the transaction that has been initiated by coinspot on the NEM blockchain

I had the same problem with Bittrex, I dont have a public key, jut my adress. I find how to cancell the transfer on Bittrex, so I didnt lost my funds. But I cant make my Nano Wallet works. My money is in the exchange. The wallet says "You need to make a transaction to get a public key". What does it means? I cant find a tutorial that explain in detail how to receive XEM on the wallet after you install it.

Hello @Samuel_Bob could you please include print screen with this message? And why you can’t send tokens from Bittrex to new wallet? Have you some error?

In my nano wallet in the Account information there is my adress followed by information about public key where is write: You need to make a transaction to get a public key.

In Bittrex my transaction is pending for more than one hour. Which I don’t think is normal.

I think there is somenthing wrong with my wallet, I left the message field in blank when I did this transfer. I just sent 20 Xem as a test before sending more.

I solved the problem, It was just an email verification. :sweat_smile:

My transaction for NEM between Coinbase, Changelly was completed since yesterday. I saw my XEMs in Changelly account but I don’t see them in the nano wallet account. What and how am I need to do next in order to see the XEM in my nano wallet? Thanks for your help. (I’ve emailed Changelly Support Team since yesterday but I don’t have any respond yet)
