What do you have? Have you .wlt, .adb files (should be in (USER_dir)/nem/ncc catalog)?
Are you sure you have no backup of private key (for example on paper)?
You will need to figure out what your password is. There is no way to access your wallet file without the password.
If password is not so long the only way to recover if you don’t remember is brute forcing password. Of course if you have files mentioned above.
Best way is to search password in your memory:)
