Having problem to reinstall. I download 6.31 and install above some old version wich was out of chain for a month or so. After i see no chain loading Ive done all this http://blog.nem.io/how-to-remove-old-nem-software-versions/ , but still see pop-up "…newest version installed" when try to reinstall.
Need help.
What was the version of the old NIS software?
After deinstalling the old version you should check if there are jars left in the installation folder. On windows the installation folder should in the program files folder.

Ok, i found a lot of '*.jar's in C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_40\lib\
Should i delete it or what?
NO! Those are the java jre libraries, you need them 
I mean the NEM installation folder, must be somewhere in program files folder too.

I think this is what he is talking about.
@jabo38s: he already deinstalled according to that tutorial. The problem is that big nis jar was split into serveral jars after version 0.6.25 and those jars still are in the installation folder which leads to problems.
@avkinp: The version 0.6.25 should be in "C:\Program Files\nem-0.6.25" unless you changed the default installation folder during installation.
Either
- deinstall the nem software according to the tutorial and then delete the folder "C:\Program Files\nem-0.6.25" and then reinstall 0.6.31 OR
- at least remove the file "C:\Program Files\nem-0.6.25\nis\nem-infrastructure-server__V0.6.25-BETA.jar"
