Nano Wallet seems to be working fine, other than after 12 hours it still doesn’t seem to see my vested balance of 10,999 XEM. Node is in the green, so that is OK. Any ideas? Everything else looks just fine.
Vested Is the balance checked on the Account screen?
Please note that it is different from the amount of XEM currently possessed.
If Vested Balance has not reached 10,000, you can easily calculate the time to reach 10,000 on this site.

First of all, we need to check Vested Balance. As displayed on the screen, Vested Balance has not reached 10,000.
Owned XEM amount ≠ Vested Balance

“What is a Vested Balance?
A ‘Vested Balance’ is when you have some money and let it sit in your account for a while. It becomes ‘vested’ as it becomes old. When you have ‘vested’ enough money, you start to become important to the group!
To become important, a person must own at least 10,000 XEM that have become ‘vested’ from getting old. If you have less than 100,000 XEM it will take longer than a day to have enough ‘vested balance’ but most of the time it can happen in less than a couple of weeks. If you have more than 100,000 XEM, it will only take 24 hours to get at least 10,000 of it ‘vested’. What’s the reason for this? It takes a lot of time (or a lot of money) to do, so it makes it hard for someone to fake being important. This helps the NEM network to stay safe.”
this should answer your question 
you vest 10% (or 20% i forgot 
) of your UNVESTED balance every 24 hrs, it does amount to 100% in the end, but it helps to have a bit more than 10K to get there in matter of a week or so.
Also note that if you send nem you will send vested and unvested both in 1:1 ratio…you can fall below 10k vested if you send XEM after vesting.
