I believe that non tech-savy guys will get confused with this local and remote harvesting.
So why don't just remove local harvesting in Future Versions.
If one decides to Push the button "Start Harvesting" NCC could check if there is at least "10k + 6 XEM" in the Account otherwise a help message is displayed. If there is enough XEM in Account the user will get Info that it cost 6 XEM to activate Harvesting.
Local Harvesting would be still available for the power/pro Users, cause they have the knowledge.
What do you think ?

I think it makes little sense to decide wether or not a user is tech savy by looking at the amount of XEM.
I'd keep both and give the GUI a major overhaul in the harvesting department.

you've get me wrong. The first part was just for the "normal" user a tech savy user should have a "expert" button to enable what ever he likes.
But for normal users there should be only the option for delegated harvesting.
