The NEM wallet is too complicated for the average person. I have not been able to send XEM from my Nano wallet or Depot Wallet.
I can’t send Dim from the Depot wallet.
How can I remove the Multi-sig. There are no other people on my account. Only me. One person. I can’t send and don’t know how to remove it.
The Edit section is not clickable.
Please help me. I have been going through this for over a month.
It is not possible to make a multisig account a regular account once it has been converted.
By converting your account to multisig, you made it so that you can no longer sign transactions from that account. You know need to sign the transaction with the account that you designated as the signer of your account that you are trying to send from.
You can find out what address is the signer by looking up the address that holds your DIM.
