Revert transaction

Hi,

I made a stupid mistake, please don’t judge me, I bought some namespaces, but at the time of purchase I completely misunderstood the namespaces concept, which I did later, after reading more about it…

I just wish I could revert all these stupid transactions and get back my XEMs after deleting my namespaces and mosaics…

Is there any way to revert the mess I made?!

i’m sorry but i’ll have to disappoint you on this. one of the main attraction points of blockchains is their immutability. making “reversible” transactions nearly impossible.

you probably should have learned about the Testnet for doing all these tests… anyway im afraid reverting your outcomes is impossible.

I’m sorry, but there is no way to revert the transaction. In the future I suggest using the testnet network when testing NEM features.

Same here although I knew I wanted the namespace but I misread the 5 000 nem as 5 nems LOL
The space confused me.

Maybe a confirmation modal would have been handy for me

Yeah, Just like I did… I thought it was wayyyy cheaper…

Well, you don’t really disapoint me, that’s what I thought… but… I mean… my XEM went somewhere (in the XEM foundation I think?!), it would be nice to allow people like me (and many others) to revert these transactions if they were made by error… The namespaces are not really used for now, what difference would it make to refund people? It’s just empty shells for now…

If it would be a transaction between two people I would understand, but I bought namespaces from the NEM network, my funds are still owned by the network (in the foundation?!)… It’s more like buying something from a store and realising it’s not the right product berore using it, then returning it brand new to the store and asking for a refund…

Thanks, I didn’t even know you could test these features on a testnet…
