i send bitcoins for litecoins from my litevault wallet for litecoins no litecoins back no bitcoins refund i send an email to changelly but no serius feedback only faq and that they recieved the my request,i saw thow BloodyRookie (moderator)that help someone with the same problem in a similar topic can you help?
I’m really pretty sure you should contact with Changelly support and wait for answer.
I’m not much into bitcoin/litecoin to tell the true.

Is this about bitcoin <–> litecoin change on changely? That would not even be NEM related.
Anyway in that case there is nothing i can do, you have to wait for the reply from changely.
They are probably pretty busy since there was a lot of crypto news the last days.
im rookie on this and i didnt new and i just saw nem forum in a similar topic and same problem with me and i thought you could help i loged in litevault e-wallet so i could store some litecoins and the site use changelly as an exchange converttor,ok thank you for your time ill wait feedback from changelly ,cheers!
