Send bitcoins through changelly no money 😩

Hi I send some bitcoins to my nano wallet I exchange through changelly but didn’t receive nothing I contact changelly no response? I am worried :weary:

That looks like a Changely problem, you have to wait for their response.

Changely is well known and so far nobody has reported that he/she was scammed.

I using changely too. Make 4 transaction. But the nem doesn’t come to my wallet. Please pay me back the money. I think your wallet have problem

But you also transferred 4000 xem out of your wallet back to Changely.
Your final balance looks correct.

That transfer is to the Changely account. My guess is that the attached message is not what Changely expected. Please show the Changely support the link above and ask them for advice on how to proceed.

Guys, same problem here with Changely.

Bought ETH of them but never actually received them… and after 3 month I still did not receive my funds.

I transferred about 1.15 ETH to my wallet address but still I has not arrived. Could you please help me and check where the ETH is? Ive added some screen-shots that give all information.

You bought ETH with BTC? What does this have to do with NEM?
You should contact the Changelly support and ask them.
