I am using the Nem’s api in php, I need send a transaction to other wallet but I don’t understand how send the parameters. In special the parameter “signature”, how do I get this value?

You need to sign transaction before announce. I suggest checking one of PHP wrappers from here https://nemplatform.com/developers/.
