It is possible to transfer nem from exchange to mobile wallet. I get the message unvalid withdrawal addresses when I use the adress I find in my nem mobile wallet…
Furthermore the exchange gives following info. Please help

If you use mobile wallet please also be sure if you create private keya backup. This should be done before you send tokens. More->Export account from mobile app.
Only use alphanumeric characters (no dashes!) for the destination address.
We do not support sending XEM messages along with withdrawals.
You should withdraw to a wallet that you control in order to do that.
If you are sending tokens to your personal wallet you can remove message. Message is only required to deposit on exchange.
