Sending NEM to Bittrex - lost in space? [SOLVED]

dear NEM forum members

2 hours ago i send some NEM to my bitrex account.
i was not the first time i did that, i also send some NEM from bittrey to my nano wallet.
usually it needs some minutes for confirmations.
any known issues with sending NEM to bittrex?
my nano wallet says “confirmed”.
my bitrex wallet says “nothing here”

any idea?

ok. i found a mistake in the message.
unfortunately there was a 0 (zero) at first in the message, but there is none.
so the message is wrong :-/
