So I have a nano wallet that I use with a trezor and have done a test run sending XEM from Poloniex to it and it worked in less than 5 mins. Now I want to send 10000 XEM to the same wallet and it just says pending on the Poloniex page, I have left for 24hrs and nothing happened so I cancelled transaction and tried sending again and the same problem occurs. What should I do? Leave it for longer? My withdraw limits from poloniex are high enough so not sure why this is happening, is anyone having simular issues?
that is a common problem. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with the amount. Eventually, the internal guidelines have to be followed from a certain amount. for money laundering or similar. but as I said, seems to occur more frequently. try it with 2000 and give it 2 days time. even if poloniex takes a long time (at tickets up to 3 weeks) so I have always received everything back.
