I had same happen with Polo. do as Pawelm suggests. Tx id proof. They got your Xem in their wallet. The memo tells them which account it belongs to. Poloniex took a week to get me my Xem. stay strong, don’t freak out
in Bittrex … they said they need more than month to get my XEM back!
