Hey thank in advance for your help. late last night I sent some XEM from my web nano wallet thing to my bittrex account band I have not received them yet ,although it does say confirmed transaction from my nano wallet . I checked bittrex and I seen they say we can’t credit your account without a putting in the message to encrypt which I forgot . can anyone help me ? are they at bitter or in the cloud or can I cancel a transaction or what can I do? thanks again

The message serves to identify the correct account. As you did not put the message, Bittrex couldn’t allocate it to the right account. Therefore you need to make contact to Bittrex to verify that you are the real owner of the senders account.
