Sent NEM to non-existing address

Hey,

I bought some NEM on litebit.eu and wanted to send them to my binance address. I put in the receiver address wrong (I think binance has one address for all NEM transactions).

The receiver wallet address(which is somehow non existing) I typed in is: NC64UFOWRO6AVMWFV2BFX2NT6W2GURK2E0X6FFMZ

I already looked it up but there is no result to the address. I also called litebit but they told me the transaction is gone and they cannot do anything for me.

The question is can I get it back at all? And if yes how?

Would be glad if somebody could help me with that.

If so coins didn’t leave Litebit. You must contact with them. It’s inpossible to send coins to invalid address (with wrong checksum, to short and so on). Litebit don’t have correct validation but for sure transaction was rejected and they can check it.
