Hello All.
I sent XEM to Changelly to transfer BTC to my coinbase wallet.
Changelly says they never received XEM.
Hash# 643472ef643d25c06de73683b32f620e8a29fcd745c09b2f4c076a1f040436d2
They asked for the hash#. I sent the # referenced above. They claim that they put the # in nem blockchain explorer and can not find the transaction.
Here is a screenshot of the NEM blockchain explorer with my transaction. Clearly has me as sender and Changelly as receiver. This is 26177 XEM.
Could someone tell me how I can proceed from this point???

Hash you provided is hash of block not transaction. Correct transaction hash is probably this (if your address is ndeach-r3hwk2-vu77sz-atzkun-y56jin-f4bl4j-hemt):

You sent encrypted message that’s why you transaction was not process automatically. Please contact with changelly support and provide transaction id from link above.

Yes… You are correct (ndeach-r3hwk2-vu77sz-atzkun-y56jin-f4bl4j-hemt) is my address.
I do not see where or what the transaction ID is? Could you clarify please? If I put in my public nem address
all that comes up in nem blockchain explorer is a list of my past transactions.

I also have the same issue I sent 930 XEM to changelly and it was encrypted. Now changelly is showing it wasn’t recieved.
