I’ve sent XEM with message’s encrypted, that’s a mistake. I’ve found out https://www.alfacashier.com/ have a warning "Please do NOT encrypt Message or your payment won’t be accepted!"
So, what can I do now?

Hi. Basically, when exchange wants you to not to encrypt message, means, that they have algorithm, that checks who sends a transaction by message. So, if you have message, f.e.: abcde1234 they know, that it’s your code. If you encrypt, message will be completely different, so they can’t recognize it. You have to contact support, and probably they will need you to proove, that it was your address, by sending for example 1 xem to them with your message.
