Setup a node on win10

Hi Guys
im Currently new on NEM i search the hole forum and bitcointalk but i dont find the answer.

can i setup a normal node on my windows 10 pc?
when i start NIS is automatlicly a node active to support the network?

i do all and read it…
but i dont find my node in the node explorer - portforwarding OK, NIS OK

ideas?

maybe your node is ok but node explorer is slow. PM me your ip (or post here if you are not too paranoid :D) and i will try co connect to your node with client.

node explorers can take up to 24 hours
